Louvre Installation – Bank, City of London

We were asked to install a number of ventilation louvres at this prestigious project in the heart of Bank, City of London.

With the building being listed, the installation required a careful and considered approach. We had to ensure minimal impact on the existing structure while maintaining the high standards expected on a project of this nature.

With tight programme requirements, we were also asked to attend at weekends to help keep the project moving and get the installation over the line.

Our team rose to the challenge, working around the constraints of the building and programme to deliver a clean, professional installation with minimal disruption.

Louvre Installation – A Little More Complicated Than It Looked!

We were asked to install ventilation louvres in lieu of the existing windows on this project.

On paper, it sounded like a pretty straightforward installation. However, there was one small challenge — access was approximately 12 metres away from the opening!

Our team worked through the access requirements and installation logistics to ensure the louvres were installed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

It was a project we really enjoyed being part of, and most importantly, our client was extremely happy with the finished results.

From Unsightly Pipes to a Clean Finish

Our client at our Malvern project approached us with a challenge — they wanted to hide some unsightly boiler pipework without compromising the look or functionality of the building.

We came up with a bespoke louvre screening solution, designed specifically around the existing pipework and building aesthetics.

The client went with our design and system, and we’re delighted with the finished result.
